Tiranga Game Terms and Conditions

Introduction

    Welcome to Tiranga Game. These Terms and Conditions describe the rules you need to understand when using our platforms, be it our official Tiranga Game website, our official Tiranga Game app, as well as other games and services available on our platforms which include color prediction games, lottery games, and the Tiranga trading game. By registering on Tiranga Game or using any of our platforms, you agree that you accept our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Tiranga Game.

    1. Eligibility

    In order to register and play on Tiranga Game, you have to:

    • Be of 18 years of age or older
    • Be a resident of the region where you play prediction and lottery games for online use
    • Provide truthful and current personal and KYC information
    • Not be a Tiranga Game employee or a relative of a Tiranga Game employee
    • Not have been barred or restrained from playing online games by the laws that apply to you

    We reserve the right to check your eligibility at any time. Accounts found in violation of the above rules will be banned immediately.

    1. Account and Registration

    Every user is allowed to have one Tiranga Game account. You have the responsibility to keep your Tiranga account login information, OTP, and password confidential. Activities that take place under your account will be your responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity, you will need to contact our support staff immediately.

    Tiranga Game has the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate an account based on any fraudulent or blatant misinformation or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

    1. Deposits and Withdrawals
      You need to deposit a minimum of 100 Rupees to use Tiranga, and you can use UPI, Net banking, IMPS or NEFT.
      You can withdraw a minimum of 110 Rupees, and this can take anywhere within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your bank.
      Withdrawals can only be done to ensure security to the bank accounts that are in the player’s verified name.

    Every transaction done is recorded for security reasons and to ensure compliance with the tax policies in place.
    If there is a delay by the bank or payment partner, or if a player gives the wrong details, Tiranga Game is not liable.

    1. Bonuses and Promotions
      Every bonus, gift code, referral, VIP bonus and all prizes and rewards obtained through the tournaments are given at Tiranga Game, and these are subject to the terms and conditions which shall be stated during the promotion. Through use of a bonus, you shall be in acceptance of those terms.
      There shall be no bonus abuse through multiple accounts, through use of fake referrals, and through the use of hacks. Players who abuse these bonuses shall lose all bonuses and shall have their accounts closed.

    1. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

    Tiranga Game makes use of the fair RNG, and TRX Hash technology on the blockchain, to announce every result on the Tiranga colour prediction, Tiranga lottery and the Tiranga trading app. Players and the public should be rest assured that results are random and not tampered with. Players are not permitted to do the following:

    • botting, and/or scripting and/or using automation tools for gaming
    • use bugs within the software to alter the outcome of a game
    • colluding, and/or sharing personal accounts, and/or trading accounts
    • using fake KYC, payment methods, and/or use VPNs to bypass restrictions
    • advertising fake hacks, fake prediction signals, fake mods and fake APK

    Any of the above activities will result in an immediate and permanent closure of the account with the loss of all funds and bonuses.

    1. Responsible Gaming

    The game is for fun and not for the purpose of gaining financially. Players are discouraged from gaming beyond their financial means. The game may be fun, but if funds are lost and a player wants to stop gaming, please contact the support. The game offers deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cool-off options for a player to play responsibly even when funds are lost.

    1. Intellectual Property

    Tiranga Game is the ownership of Tiranga Game. All company logos, design, game mechanics, marketing materials, and all to be downloaded game materials. No grants of permission have been made for any modification or distribution of the game. No content on the page may be used and the page may not be altered without the permission from the company.

    1. Limitation of Liability

    The Tiranga Game is offered as-is. Even though we strive to ensure quality for our Tiranga game online, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available. Tiranga Game will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages for:

    • Glitches, downtime, and issues with our servers
    • Delays in payments resulting from banking, and/or third-party issues
    • Abuse of your account due to poor password protections
    • The losses that result from third-party hacks and scam services

    9. Account Closure

      You can at any point in time close your Tiranga Game account by getting in touch with our support. The remaining balance, post KYC, and bonus terms will be processed to your verified bank account. Tiranga Game also reserves the right to close accounts that have remained inactive for a period of 180 days or violate these Terms.

      1. Changes to These Terms

      These Terms and Conditions are updated from time to time by Tiranga Game. The updated Terms and Conditions are published on this page. After any updates to the Terms and Conditions, to continue using the platform, legally, the updated Terms and Conditions must be accepted.
